Jobber Secures $8 Million Round Led by OMERS Ventures

Edmonton’s Jobber announced today it has secured a $8 million CAD Series A round of financing led by OMERS Ventures, with participation from existing investors, Version One and Point Nine Capital.

Jobber is a cloud-based software company that helps home and mobile service businesses become more efficient and profitable.

Jobber’s software helps businesses get organized through mobile apps, scheduling tools, online invoicing, and simple customer management tools.

The new funding round led by OMERS Ventures creates significant opportunities for Jobber to continue to commercialize its product offering and further enhance its mobile applications.

Since inception in 2011, more than three and a half million customers have been serviced by businesses using Jobber, with invoices totaling over $1 billion.
