“Congratulations to all the 2018 V2R Awards finalists. The high quality of applications we received this year is a testament to the continuing growth and influence of Canadian organizations that are making their mark by pushing the boundaries of innovation,” said Tahir Ayub, a managing partner at PwC Canada. “We are thrilled to see growth and diversity in applications, evidence that organizations from a range of industries are bringing their visions to life.”

The finalists include large companies like OpenText and Scotiabank, smaller startups like Cloud DX and Klick Health, and even government entities like Ontario Digital Services and the Invictus Games Toronto 2017.

The Accelerator is a new category this year, looking to recognize innovation in the public sector. A panel of judges selected the finalists and will now look to whittle down this list to a selection of winners.

Last year’s V2R Awards saw Upbrella, Humber River Hospital and RelayHealth take home awards.
