It’s easy to fall into the trap of leaning on buzzwords to sound professional. You see other people using the words, they roll off the tongue—but is it really the most accurate word for the message you are trying to convey? Unless your message is “I am a purveyor of buzzwords,” dig into that thesaurus and think deeply about your specific, unique skill set.
