Samsung says that in the US, 85% of its Galaxy Note 7 phones—forced into recall due to exploding batteries—have now been returned to the company.

To reach those last 15% of customers, Samsung is issuing a crippling software update that will prevent the devices from charging past 60%. The company hopes this update spurs more users to return their Note 7s. The update will also show frequent notifications urging consumers to return their faulty device.

“We remain focused on collecting the outstanding Galaxy Note 7 phones in the market,” Samsung said in a statement.

Customers who return their Note 7 can get a refund or exchange for a different Samsung phone.
