Here’s When Daydream View Becomes Available and How Much Google Wants For It

Last month, Google announced Daydream View, a virtual reality headset and controller powered by your phone. This week the company added launch details and pricing.

Daydream View will be available November 10 online and at retailers in the US, Canada, UK, and other countries. In the US, Verizon and Best Buy will sell the VR headset for $79 USD. In Canada it will retail at Bell, Rogers, Telus, and Best Buy for $99 CAD.

Daydream will be able to stream Hulu virtual reality content as well as YouTube VR videos, among other content partnerships. Several games will also be available.

The company last month also unveiled a new phone, Pixel. It’s also stepping deeper into smart homes with Google Home, Google Wifi, and Chromecast Ultra.
