nGUVU Raises $3 Million to Bring Gamification, Machine Learning to Contact Centers

nGUVU has raised $3 million.

The Montreal startup secured the funding from from Brightspark Venture Capital and Desjardins Venture Capital.

nGUVU, a developer of gamification and machine learning software for contact centers, says the capital will accelerate its growth and allow them to hire new talent.
