iNovia Capital has raised $175 million for its latest venture capital fund.
The Montreal-based VC firm raised more than its original target of $150 million due to a weak Canadian dollar.
“We raised an extra C$25 million for this fund purposely because of the foreign-exchange,” Chris Arsenault of iNovia told The Wall Street Journal.
Investors in the fund include Teralys Capital and HarbourVest Partners.
Recent in investments made by iNovia AppDirect, Granify, and TrackTick.
