Siyata Mobile has launched Voyager, an all-in-one connected vehicle smartphone for commercial fleets, in Canada.
Now available from Siyata and through authorized Telus dealers, the device runs on Telus’ 4G network. Voyager supports voice and data, as well as Fleet Complete Telus Resource Tracker and Waze navigation.
Voyager is mounted within a vehicle to prevent accidental driver loss or damage and is connected to the vehicle battery to provide a consistent power supply even in extreme temperature environments. The app gives a quick connection to an individual vehicle or an entire fleet with just the push of a button.
“[Voyager] removes unsafe in-cabin multiple device clutter, increases cellular coverage, improves GPS accuracy and offers hands-free one-touch communications,” says Marc Seelenfreund, CEO of Siyata. “All of this is imperative for professional drivers that need to stay connected and for fleet managers that want to provide safer communications for their drivers while improving their asset tracking.”
Voyager targets industries such as trucking, mining, forestry, emergency services, and military.
