As the Canadian workplace continues to change, there are different expectations of what it means to be engaged.
There is a strong correlation between high employee engagement and offering employees time and workplace flexibility, according to new research from Stone-Olafson for Rogers and WORKshift.
According to their report, there is an 89% increase in high engagement if work location is flexible, and 97% of all employees would like the opportunity to continue working remotely or do more of it.
The findings suggest that Canadian organizations that embrace a flexible and mobile workplace will not only benefit from a more engaged workforce, but can save costs, be more productive and attract top talent.
