Simply, an intelligent recommendation platform, launched this week.
The iOS app, designed for “content connoisseurs,” improves how people consume content by focusing on the user to decode the complexity of content discovery.
Built in Vancouver, Simply uses user insights, mood, geo-location, time, season and weather to deliver highly relevant and inspiring content in real time.
“We’re wasting precious time searching and sifting for content that we’re interested in,” says founder Julian Ing. “It should be highly targeted and delivered to us when it counts.”
Ing sold his first company at the age of 26 to a global publisher. Ing went on to launch and sell two creative agencies including Giant Interactive and founded Eruptive Games in 2010. He envisions a world of shareable data between organizations and government bodies working together to solve global solutions.
“Simply is unlike any other content offering because of our focus on user engagement and our streamline approach to content delivery,” Ing says. “Simply is minimal and effortless to use, and yes, less is definitely more.”
