OneSet is a video-based health and social fitness network designed to motivate users to reach their fitness goals.

Founded by a husband and wife team in Toronto, Amad and Heather Abdullah, OneSet recently pitched on Dragons’ Den. Now the in-beta Android app has launched on iPhone.

“The feedback so far has been outstanding,” said CEO Amad.

Described as a “Vine for fitness,” OneSet started off as a community to connect fit moms, but it has become a social fitness community where users can find new workout ideas by browsing categories such as home workouts, yoga, fat burn, calisthenics and more.

“We have a community effect and this is not something we’ve created but it’s something that exists in the world,” Amad says. “If you see like-minded people who are similar and working for the same goals, this acts as a motivational tool. You’ll want to go to the gym the next day and you’ll want to get feedback from people.”

Recently OneSet added photo sharing, so users can share progress pics, transformations, and post-workout selfies.
